Please follow the instructions below when shipping tobacco samples to GLS:
|

Send at least 200 grams of tobacco for each sample if it is already ground. Send 400 grams if the
sample is not ground. Please do not grind samples when requesting EBDC and Fumigant testing.

Tag each sample with identification information—crop year, grade, etc.
|
|
|
 |
Include a signed GLS Sample Submission Form detailing
the analyses needed for each sample.
|
|
|
Be sure the Sample Submission Form includes the customer
invoicing address and submit the necessary purchase orders
with the form. Payment may be made by wire transfer (call 252-234-4964 for account information) or
mailed to the following address:

Once samples have been shipped, notify GLS via telephone at 252-234-4950, or fax a signed copy of the
Sample Submission Form followed by the shipping
information to 252-234-4959.
